Bookings for NextGen 2025/26

NextGen Junior Tennis Coaching (pre-Interclub) for kids is held on Wednesday afternoons or Saturday mornings in Terms 4 & Term 1 the following year.

NextGen Junior Tennis Coaching is designed for children aged 5 (turning 5 before 31 December 2025) up to 13 years. 

​​

There are 12 sessions in total, at a total cost of $140. The sessions are spread out over Term 4 of this year (2025) and Term 1 of next year (2026) and allow for public holidays and rain delays.

​

Sessions run for 30 minutes each, either Wednesday afternoons or Saturday mornings. You have the choice of signing up for either the Wednesday afternoon course (sessions run between 3:30 - 5pm) or the Saturday morning course (sessions run from 8.30-11am Saturday mornings).

Children are put into groups of up to 6 with others of a similar ability and coached using red, orange, then green dot balls. The programme is designed to progressively develop skills that will enable children to later play at Junior Interclub level.  This is similar to the previous "Hotshots" programme.

Once the registration deadline has passed you will be emailed with further details including the specific time slot your child is allocated. Generally speaking, younger children will be assigned earlier timeslots, however this may change based on their ability.  

Lessons start Wednesday 8th October or Saturday 12th October 2025.

They end mid-December and restart in Term 1 2026 in February.

Spaces are limited and tend to fill up quickly, so please ensure you book asap!
